ClassPass.com IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY running Email Scams!

These guys have got hold of a bunch of emails mostly from LINKEDIN, and are ILLEGALLY spamming all of us.

Today I get an email from some loser named Edwin Rhoades telling me that I had signed up for a subscription and he'd even attached a PDF of the invoice when I had never even heard of these scumbuckets!

Of course, the give away was that when I tried to login on classpass.com with the email THEY MAILED me at, it says that no such account existed!

Whatever f'in scam these juveniles are running they have no idea what trouble I am going to land them in by blacklisting their entire domain so they can f'in pound sand afterwards.

Terrible experience, nonchalant company

Terrible experience regarding referrals. The app is constantly glitchy, I was referred by a friend after I signed up as paying member that friend was supposed to be credited, this referral was never accepted by the glitchy system and after speaking to customer services they have simply refused to honour their own credit system! Pathetic really

Incorrect charges and refused to refund or help

I signed up for a free month only to be charged $69 almost immediately. I contacted classpass about this 3 times and the first time the person on the other end of the chat said this would require some time and that they would get back to me by COB, which they never did. Then I emailed, and no one responded to me. Then on the 3rd attempt, I spoke to someone named Roan who was rude, short with me, refused to answer some questions, and didn't want to help at all. I've actually never received worse service in my life.

I wish I had seen these reviews first! On top of the trial, I paid for additional credits with my credit card. I made one booking and was able to complete a session. Then, when I try to book a second session, they say I can't use the credits (which I paid for separately), unless I upgrade my membership! When buying credits it specifically says they are for use to book additional sessions.

Worst service I have EVER received.

I wish I could give 0 stars for this service. They charge you even if you cancel your membership. I have spoke with 2 representatives from customer service and they just stop answering/close the case whenever you reach out. There’s no resolution and if you try to get even the slightest accommodation they just tell you about how to purchase more credits. I am working with a lawyer to resolve the amount of money they scammed me of and I don’t see this business lasting long. For a company that attracts mostly busy mothers with children this is just sad and disappointing, most of their money is probably from scamming people. DO NOT GET CLASS PASS IT IS NOT WORTH IT. i Hope they dont respond with reaching out to them because I will not be. My lawyer will however.

As I cancelled my membership, I lost about 100£ worth of credits.

AVOID

Avoid ClassPass like your life depends on it. I canceled my subscription before my trial ended only to find out they’ve charged me for 2 months. Once again tried to cancel and even emptied my bank account that I signed up with as a last ditch attempt to stop them from taking my money. Unfortunately I had money coming into that account and they took £65 for the third time. Mind you not a single credit has been used. Not one. Also hilarious that they threaten you with account suspension if you don’t update your billing information within the next 7 days but continue attempting to charge. Just an absolutely desperate company. I want my money back, till then I will be actively discouraging everyone I know from supporting this nefarious company.

Great concept... terrible execution and company. Someone please hurry and make a better company using this concept because the idea was actually quite good but I refuse to give them anymore of my money.

Impossible. They will email you 1 week later but if your payment is late they will email asap.
